2. What Personal Data We Collect

Through the order forms, feedback request forms, and subscription forms on the Site, the Operator collects the following personal data:

• First and Last Name;
• Contact phone number;
• Email address;
• Delivery address (for server and IT equipment);
• Order comment (any information provided voluntarily by the user).

The Site is not intended for collecting personal data from minors. If you are under 18, you must obtain parental or legal guardian consent before providing any personal data.

3. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

• Order processing and fulfillment — handling orders for servers, networking equipment, components, agreeing on delivery terms, and shipping;
• Customer feedback — responding to inquiries, technical consultations, order details clarification;
• Sending informational and marketing communications — only upon separate consent given via checkbox or subscription (news, promotions, catalogs).

4. Legal Basis and Consent

Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the following legal acts:

• Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data”;
• The Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
• The Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Russian Federation.

By filling out any form on the Site (order, request, subscription) and ticking the checkbox “I accept the Privacy Policy and give my Consent to the processing of personal data“, the user gives explicit, informed, and conscious consent to the processing of their personal data to the extent and for the purposes specified in this Policy.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending a written notice to the email address inquire@ghi-servers.ru with the subject “Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing”. The notice must include full name, contact phone number, and email address previously provided. Upon receiving such notice, the Operator shall cease processing and destroy the personal data within 30 calendar days, unless otherwise required by law.

5. List of Actions with Personal Data

The Operator performs the following actions with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating (modification), retrieval, use, transfer (including to transport companies), anonymization, blocking, erasure, destruction.

Processing may be carried out both with and without the use of automation tools. Cross-border transfer of personal data is not carried out (all data is processed and stored within the Russian Federation).

6. Transfer of Data to Third Parties (Delivery)

In order to fulfill contractual obligations for the delivery of server and IT equipment, the Operator may transfer personal data (full name, delivery address, phone number) to the following transport companies and courier services:

• Russian Post;
• CDEK;
• Delovye Linii;
• PEK;
• Other courier and transport companies as agreed with the client.

Such transfer is carried out solely for the purpose of order fulfillment, with confidentiality safeguards. The Operator does not disclose personal data to third parties without the consent of the data subject, except in cases provided for by Russian law.

7. Cookies and Web Analytics

The Site uses cookies and web analytics services to improve functionality, collect statistics, analyze user behavior, and optimize marketing campaigns:

• Yandex.Metrica — collects anonymized data about visits, user actions (IP addresses are anonymized);
• Google Analytics — analyzes user behavior on the site (aggregated data, IP addresses are anonymized);
• Roistat — end-to-end analytics and tracking of call/lead sources.

By continuing to use the Site, you consent to the use of cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings — this will not affect your ability to place an order, but may limit some analytics features.

8. Advertising and Newsletters

The Operator uses the following advertising tools: Yandex.Direct, VK Advertising, targeted advertising, as well as email newsletters. By subscribing to the newsletter (via a form on the Site or by checking the relevant box during checkout), you consent to receive informational, promotional, and service messages from IP Pertsell Dmitry Mikhailovich.

You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in any email or by sending a request to inquire@ghi-servers.ru. Advertising is marked in accordance with the Federal Law “On Advertising”.

9. Data Retention and Destruction

Personal data is kept no longer than necessary for the purposes of processing, unless a longer period is required by law. The standard retention period is 3 years from the date of last interaction (order placement, support request, subscription).

After withdrawal of consent, achievement of processing purposes, or expiration of the retention period, personal data shall be destroyed or anonymized within 30 calendar days. Destruction is performed by a commission with an official act drawn up.

10. Rights of the Data Subject

You have the right to:

• obtain information about the processing of your personal data;
• request correction, blocking, or destruction of your personal data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained, or not necessary for the stated purposes;
• withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time;
• appeal the Operator’s actions to the competent authority (Roskomnadzor) or in court.

To exercise your rights, please send a request to inquire@ghi-servers.ru with the subject “Personal Data” and attach a copy of an identity document. The response time is 10 business days.

11. Security Measures

The Operator takes necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, dissemination, and other unlawful actions:

• appointment of a person responsible for personal data processing;
• use of secure connections (SSL/TLS) for data transmission;
• regular updates of antivirus and server software;
• restricted access for employees to personal data databases;
• regular data backups.
